Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Lyn’s Crafts. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a full refund,  you must ship the product(s) back to us so that is received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to return an order

There are three ways to return an order:

Create a return label yourself:

You can create a return label by clicking on the “Create a Return” link, that is located at the bottom of very page.
Enter your order number and zip code on the form and then follow the prompts. A return label will be created and emailed you at no charge to you.

Email Us:

Email us at Support with your order number and we will, look up your order, create a return label at no charge to you and email it to you.

Call Us:

You can call us at: (443) 718-0543‬ we will create the return label at no charge to you and email it to you.

In all cases, once we receive the items back and determine that they are in good condition we will issue a refund or ship replacements.

What shipping method should I use to return my order?

You can use any shipping method you would like, however, for a prepaid return label please follow the instructions above.
